Made on our Chunky square toed 217G last, YMC took our simple oxford style Fairfax and modified it by splitting the pattern straight down the centre.
They wanted to keep a super simple silhouette to showcase the shape of the last so apart from the centre seam there is no other visible styling from the side of the shoe – the lacing is concealed under the facings.
The upper is polished black bookbinder leather with a wide tonal leather welt, thick leather sole with rubber forepart and heel top piece for grip.
