Veuillez noter que nous proposons un service - livraison comprise - où Grenson prend en charge tous les frais de douanes et taxes afférentes avant expédition de votre commande. Notre service d'expédition propose des livraisons par voie aérienne en 1 à 2 jours ouvrables. Nous proposons également la possibilité de retourner vos commandes gratuitement grâce au service de collecte de colis qui peut être planifié à l’endroit et à l’heure de votre choix.

Unser Versand erfolgt per Express-Luftfracht innerhalb von 1-2 Werktagen. Außerdem bieten wir einen kostenlosen Rückgabeservice an einem Abholungsort und zu einem Zeitpunkt Ihrer Wahl an.

Ci avvaliamo di un servizio di trasporto aereo espresso in 1-2 giorni lavorativi e offriamo anche un servizio gratuito di prelievo dei prodotti resi in un luogo e orario prescelti dal cliente.

Outbound Shipping & Taxes/Duties

We will be shipping our EU orders on a DDP term which means Grenson pay for all duties and taxes in advance.

We have invested in extensive digital integrations with our carriers to help keep orders flowing as smoothly as possible through the period of Brexit changes. We want to make sure you receive your orders as quickly as possible

How much is EU shipping?

We have unfortunately increased our EU shipping rate to £25 GBP for all EU destination orders. This is however using a 1 - 2 day DHL Express Air Freight service.

How long will it take to ship my order?

We currently use DHL for all EU shipping. Any tracking information will be provided by these companies at the point of order despatch which you will receive via an email from Grenson or an SMS or email directly from the carrier. All of our orders require a signature on receipt of delivery.

Can I still return my order to you?

Our free returns service is remaining in place and you will be able to book a collection from a location and time of your choice via DHL as per previous with any order. This is available via the ‘My Account’ area of our website.

We regret that we cannot guarantee a timed or next-day delivery service to locations outside of the UK mainland.
