Outbound Shipping & Taxes/Duties
We will be shipping our EU orders on a DDP term which means Grenson pay for all duties and taxes in advance.
We have invested in extensive digital integrations with our carriers to help keep orders flowing as smoothly as possible through the period of Brexit changes. We want to make sure you receive your orders as quickly as possible
How much is EU shipping?
We have unfortunately increased our EU shipping rate to €25 EUR for all European zone destination orders. This is using a 4-5 day FedEx delivery service.
WHAT EUR COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship worldwide to many countries from our Factory and Warehouse location in Northamptonshire, UK. Unfortunately, if your country is not listed below, we regret that we do not offer a shipping service to your area at present. We regularly review this list:

All orders must be placed via grenson.com in the relevant currency for your shipping destination.
How long will it take to ship my order?
We currently use FedEx for all European shipping. Any tracking information will be provided by this company at the point of order despatch which you will receive via an email from Grenson or an SMS or email directly from the carrier. All of our orders require a signature on receipt of delivery.
Can I still return my order to you?
Our free returns service is remaining in place and you will be able to book a collection from a location and time of your choice via DHL as per previous with any order. This is available via the ‘My Account’ area of our website.
We regret that we cannot guarantee a timed or next-day delivery service to locations outside of the UK mainland.
Our Customer Services team operate within the GMT time zone on Mon-Fri: 9am - 5pm (excluding public holidays).
We aim to respond to all messages within 2 working days. Please note this may be slightly longer during sale and peak seasons.
