Natalie is a classic penny loafer, made on our short, round-toed 648 last. A rolled, handsewn apron and handsewn saddle with the signature penny cut-out give her a traditional preppy character. Made from hairy brown and white suede, Natalie is finished with a tonal leather sole and rubber grips for added traction.
Natalie is Goodyear welted, a durable construction method that stitches the upper and insole to a welt before attaching the outsole. Grenson was one of the first shoemakers in the UK to adopt Goodyear welting in the 1800s, and our Goodyear welted shoes can be repaired at our Northamptonshire factory, helping to extend their life for years to come.
