For over 150 years we have been making shoes from leather, mainly calf leather. However we also do a lot of work researching new materials and making sure we are at the forefront of any material technology. We are thrilled therefore to be able to launch a collection of completely non-leather sneakers, made from a material that is made from 25% corn polymer and 30% PES recycled from plastic bottles. They are more sustainable than a normal sneaker and less expensive even though they are exactly the same quality. Win, win, win.
