If you fancy a pair of shoes, made to fit you perfectly, we offer a bespoke service with lasts specially made for you and then shoes made individually on your lasts.
how it works
book an appointment
Call or email customer services here to organise an appointment at one of our four London stores. I’m afraid it’s not possible to visit the factory.
get measured
At your appointment our fitter will come down and measure your feet for a pair of bespoke lasts. The appointment will last about 45 minutes to one hour.
create your shoe
Once the measurements are taken, the team will talk you through what style, shape, colour, leather, sole and details you would like for your shoes.
enjoy
If the shoes are perfect, you can walk away with them, but if they need a tweak, we will sort them in about two weeks.
How much and how long?

To book your appointment your need to get in touch with our customer service department who will get in touch with you to arrange/confirm details.
costs
The full bespoke service includes the last, pattern and shoe at £2,500 + VAT. A repeat shoe using the same pattern and last will be £1,500 + VAT.
timing
Appointments can be made at your nearest store with a minimum of 2 weeks notice. Following the measuring, it usually takes 2 weeks for the last to be produced and additional 2 weeks for your shoes to be made. Any tweaks and adjustments following the fitting can again take 2 weeks.
